Our Service Centres located at Gujrat, Rawalpindi and Kot Addu the only wood dedicated skills training institutes in Punjab in addition to rendering highly advanced common facility services and R&D based advisory services. 6 Month Training Program to provide skills involving familiarization with the wood working machine for Cutting, Plaining, Boring & shaping including their general parameters.
3 Month Training Program with a focus to develop skills relating to drawing & designing using the AutoCAD in Furniture Industry.

Looking at a lot of finished products doesn’t really makes us recognize the magnificent talent and effort of the worker or carpenter behind it but is indeed a complete process which our service centres shed light on and makes you eligible for this utterly dominant profession.
Several methods are employed for timber seasoning whereby the moisture level in timber is decreased and brought to desired level which resultantly develops the strength, convertibility, and durability of it. Drying facilities are extended to the industry in addition to center’s own requirements.
These high- tech activities involves process/steps/job in sawing, cutting, sizing, planning, joinery, edge banding, boring etc. to facilitate the general public enthusiasts, researcher or industry.
Utilizing the veneer to suit various aspect in veneering, marquetry etc. is very important especially in household furniture like dining table. This skill requires keen observation of various designs & expertise in implementing. The whole sheet is then pressed on to the desired base material (Boards). Huge innovation is evident now a days both in design and selection of various veneers. This service is also extended to the industry in addition to inhouse requirements.
As knives / Blades are one of the most integral parts of carpentry, there is a separate process for maintaining the blades / knives and other tools used in the manufacturing. At TEVTA service centers, you will get the knives, blades, bits, profiles etc sharped at the desired angle with highest accuracy at state of the art semi-automatic machinery to facilitate the manufacturing process at various levels.

Do you want a surety to get a job after completing your studies? Who doesn’t, but I was never sure unless I completed my wood working diploma from TEVTA.
